The Mission of the Oregon Surfing Association (OSA) is to promote the growth and competitive success of amateur surfers in Oregon while producing state champions that can compete for national titles.
MEMBERSHIP
OSA members are a part of a non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting and preserving the sport of surfing through fun, family oriented Oregon surfing competitions.
